Guacamole & Chilli Prawn Tartlets

Sweet and spicy grilled prawns crown tartlets filled with guacamole.

Ingredients:

  • 150g frozen Edgell Guacamole, thawed   
  • 10 x 45mm diameter savoury round pastry shells
  • 25g sriracha
  • 25g honey
  • 5g vegetable oil
  • 10 Neptune 21/25 Raw Prawn Cutlet Vannamei, thawed
  • Thinly sliced chilli, for garnish
  • Finely chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Pipe Edgell Guacamole to fill pastry shells.
2. Combine sriracha, honey and oil. Add Neptune Prawns and toss to coat.
3. Chargrill prawns.
4. Top each tartlet with 1 prawn. Garnish with chilli and chives to serve.
