Salt & Pepper Squid With Tropical Mango Salad
A delicious fresh summer salad ideal for salad menus.

Ingredients:
- 1.5kg frozen I&J Classic Salt & Pepper Squid
- 750g sliced mango
- 250g baby rocket
- 250g sliced cucumber
- 150g thinly sliced radish
- 50g sliced red onion
- 15g fresh mint leaves
- Dressing, of choice, for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen I&J Squid following packet directions.
2. Assemble cooked squid with remaining salad ingredients. Serve with dressing of choice.
